• The Council has changed the reporting tool/process to Report a problem with a road or pavement
• We will no longer be using Love West Sussex
• Quick and easy mobile device friendly online forms with enhanced map functionality providing improved location data
• Questions asked and information captured are exactly the same as Love West Sussex
• Pop up messages & hyperlinks redirecting citizens to the corporate website were activated on Love West Sussex
• Continuous improvement, we take on board feedback and will consider new technology both internally and in the market which is in development and could further enhance our offer to customers.
